WW – I got this off of another site…Deer camp robber brought to justice. For those of you who may not have heard about it. Sources tell me the robber was shot with a .308, which nearly took off his leg. What kind of person would have the $%lls to try this? Deer in the vicinity? (Thats my story and I'm stickin to it

Problem is if they found the guy shot him intentionally he could wind up charged with attempted murder , criminal recklessness , and pay the mans medical bills and anything related to complications for years and years to come .
The laws protect the criminal .... glad he caught a round ..... but the simple truth is Reasonable Force .... it was not reasonable ( in the Laws Eyes) to shot a man , who posed no risk to life or limb for theft .... keep that in mind when he breaks into your house ....shoot him facing you and swear he rushed at you ....DO NOT SHOOT if he is fleeing .....
Rule #2 ....there x number of rounds in the weapon for a reason ....use 'em ....there's only one side to the story if the other guy is dead ......
