I guess you think all hunters are poachers too ? Your logic does not hold any justification unless you feel all hunters are poachers and all people who drink are drunk drivers. That particular segment showed that is was like any other deer camp- some were successfull and some were not. Not exactly canned hunting. May not be for you or I but certainly not "Bad". That particular segment showed that is was like any other deer camp- some were successfull and some were not. Note to self: Remember to check wallet after next deer camp to see if I am $4000.00 dollars LIGHTER....lol lol lol Note to self AGAIN: If you EVER spent $4000.00 on a deer hunt, you had better have ANOTHER $4000.00 to pay the divorce lawyer. |

Yes, Linda did not mention whether those who didn't get any deer got a refund/discount... would be pretty steep price to pay to go home with no venison... :-)
If I had that kinda money to burn, I'd be thinking about an upgrade on the pickup truck...
For that matter, you could fly to Alaska and pay for a non-resident tag for less than that...

The segment shown on TV showed her on the preserve. Sounds like she took the time to see the real world. Can't argue with the facts of reality, Seeing is believing. The segment even said the hunters had no gaurantee and paid full price even if they went home empty.

So spike are you saying there are no deer in Tennessee? That's where these guys came from as I recall. Or is it that they don't want to make the effort to scout and hunt like real deer hunters do? Seems like a long way to come to shoot a deer in a pen. Also seems like a lot of money considering the smallish deer they took. Probably the worst part of all of it though was the fact that those kids think that is deer hunting. Sad.

Your right jack those kids will never learn how to hunt and they will probably have everything handed to them the rest of their lives. I think Linda will be in for a big surprise when she see's the video.

I talked to her twice now Jack, I think she is starting to see the bigger picture......... I apologize about the DVD.. seems I have a "glitch of some kind that no longer allows me to burn the DVD's........... My Computer guru said he would be out soon to fix the problem.... I owe Woody a copy too.............
Spike I am not allowed to tell you what I really think other than to say if thats your Idea of hunting then you obviously have never been hunting..... come on down and I'll show you what it's really all about!
