I can honestly say that I had never heard of this town before. But, yesterday, I had read it in two separate post on here and my sister sent me a news article yesterday about an event had occurred there.
Just found that interesting is all.

Not a very big town at all. I’ve lived in the area for 30 years now, so I knew it before a lot of the stuff that’s there now wasn’t. It’s at the intersections of highways 252 and 135. Was the event you were sent a social one or a news story where the pedestrian was struck and killed? Odd story with the pedestrian as it almost seems they walked back in traffic on purpose.

Yes, that's the event. He was my twin sister's ex-brother in law. I've known him since he was a kid. Unfortunately yes, he has definitely been struggling with mental illness. I honestly think it runs in their family. His brother, my ex brother in law, struggled too.
