Thoughts on squirrel hunting public land during archery season...
Best and worst times to do it? I assume opening week and any weekend is best to avoid for any busy parcels
Any other suggestions for avoiding conflict with deer hunters? I don't want to crash anyone's higher stakes party.

I'm going to Glendale in the morning. I check the archery sign in sheet same as I check for other squirrel hunters. If there's someone there that isn't signed in to that unit and there was no vehicle in the parking unit, then that's their bad luck. I'll steer clear if I know someone is there, but if I walk in on someone, I'll just wave and move off.

Gotta have lots of patience sometimes!

I plan to go tomorrow morning. I have a few spots as options and will choose whichever one has an empty parking area.
