Another day in the BOX or books

Our group was supposed to fish Yesterday and today on Lake Michigan however Mother Nature had different plans.
Saturday, Sunday and yesterday there were small craft warnings with waves pushing 7' or better so we cancelled our Monday trip and Captain Jarrod was nice enough to reschedule our Monday to this coming Thursday.
This morning we left the dock at 6:15am and were greeted to cool temps and 1' waves as we headed out to 120' of water.
We set lines and in short order we boated 3 small Kings and then it slowed down.
About an hour later it was game on with the Lake Trout keeping us busy till we limited out on them.
The morning sunrise was breath taking and once again we had a blast.
We ended up with 13 Lakers and 4 Kings.
I'll report back after our Thursday trip.
