My son and I use one and they are awesome! They float too as long as you are careful not to tip it. Load up decoys and guns no problem. I’ve also drug two deer on it at one time. Definitely a great tool to have.

Those are dang handy. You can even sit in them in very shallow water when your boots leak. Don’t ask how I know..

Get a floating water ski rope handle. I have dragged a lot of deer out of the woods with one. Keep it in the sled, it can always be looped around the rubber tube if the tube collapses on your hands when pulling a heavy load.
McMaster Carr has UHMW (teflon) plastic strips that I have to put on the bottom of mine. I have countersunk flathead screws - the UHMW is 5/16" thick.
I use that in snow, the wheeled cart on dirt.
Good thinking on the U-Bolts. I used a 1" wide, 1/8" thick strip of aluminum on the underside of the lip, then used eye bolts with washers top and bottom and nyloc nuts to put eyes on mine.
