The tall plant with the reddish stem, white flowers. What is it and is it controllable without wiping out the rest of the surrounding plants? What to use to control it?

Thanks. It looks like that is spot on. Now to figure out how to kill it. It is taking over the banks of the ponds, and severely limiting access to the ponds if not controlled.

No, I just took a screenshot and then went to the photo and swiped up and the phone gives you whatever information it can on whatever is in the pic. You can then click on it to learn more about it.

PlantNet app agrees with Dave! 87% Dogbane by leaf ID. 97% Dogbane by flower ID. Dogbane is Indian hemp.

Ironically I don’t find much on control other than 2,4-D. But the American Indians used to make chewing gum from the stems milky sap!

Thanks guys! I will be spraying 2,4-D in a few weeks and I'll hit it then. If that doesn't do it I'll try Crossbow.
