Start spring season earlier Do you have any good reasoning for doing that? We already kill plenty of Birds as it is.

Completed it today. I'd sure like to see the brood survey report brought back as the most current one I found was 2022 (the last year that Backes was biologist). I'd like to I watched a youtube where the Georgia turkey biologist felt the poult/hen ratio was critical in determining bag limits. I'd like to see a more recent report showing where IN is as far as our ratio. 2022 report - www.in.gov/dnr/fish-and-wildlife/files/wmr/fw-MR_2078_Wild_Turkey_Brood_Survey_2022.pdf I would also like to see Fish and Wildlife dedicate one person (like Backes was) as the turkey biologist/program leader rather than as it is now....she has two positions.

Personally, I believe that would make them easier to kill therefore making the harvest higher….not needed IMO

Lengthen the season by one week but make the daily shooting time from 1/2 hour before sunrise till 1:00 pm.

I would like to see 2 separate 10-day spring seasons with one bird allowed in each season, with the first season starting about a week earlier than the current. This way everyone has a good opportunity to kill one bird, before anyone can kill their second. Also, there needs to be year-long unlimited bobcat season.

You do realize last year was a record Harvest and this year is the second-highest harvest ever….
