And regardless of what's in the mystery box, scope, modified BANG BANG or parts to make a BANG BANG go pew pew, I hope you enjoy it thoroughly!

Here she is all set up and pretty!! ![](https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240513/f6cbf123ee9b22cc7a154feb48619f01.jpg) Good looking rifle! I have a lightweight Mark V with a Swaro scope and a Vanguard with a Leupy on it, both in .257 Weatherby Mag. The chambers are cut a wee bit differently in each, if I just bump the shoulder back .0005" I cannot use the same brass in each rifle. SO, I use Weatherby Brass for one and Norma Brass for the other. The Mark V had a Vias brake on it, and when shooting with a bipod on the bench both rifles would hike up the left bipod leg. I had Kirby make a small painkiller brake for the Mark V (a partition brake) and now it doesn't hike up the left bipod leg. The Vanguard still does but since the barrel wasn't threaded when I got it, it will stay as it is. I have run the Mark V out to 800 yds on steel and shot a speed goat at 750 yds. I am shooting 130 grain Wildcat bullets in it. They have a rebated boattail. The Vanguard is shooting 115g Bergers.
