Next week our group will be WALLEYE fishing on Lake Erie so it was time to make sure that last years Walleyes were gone from the freezer.
Tonight the wife and I had the following.
Two farm fresh scrambled Turkey eggs along with 3 duck eggs we also had fried Lake Erie Walleye battered with Cajun batter. In addition the wife made a rice and turkey dish made with wild turkey meat, brown rice, mild salsa tomatoes and other things. We also had refried beans and of course Walleye.
I was surprised that the Turkey eggs were not much larger or had a much different taste than a chicken egg. The duck eggs were fantastic.

We recently got a large supply of duck eggs, and they were night and day better than store bought chicken eggs.

Looks great. Duck eggs are really good. When we had our duck we would always save until we got a handful and make a good batch for breakfast or dinner.

I’ve never had duck or turkey eggs. And I love eggs. Gonna have to find some duck eggs. Looks outstanding as per usual Featherduster.
