We now have a new wildlife chief.
Wayne Bivans, a former director of the Division of Fish and Wildlife about 12 years ago, was selected.
He is currently employed as a regional director for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.

How do you suppose they lured him back?.....To Indiana government work? ? If I remember right, Bivans played a big role in the creation of Patoka Res.
