I enjoy watching him also. That situation was kind of crazy.

The company I worked bought raw investment castings from a Chinese source. They made several intricate parts for us. The thing I found was the proto parts were always a dream to run. After the proto not so much. It seemed to vary greatly from lot to lot in machinability. Get a new lot and tool life went down. There was a lot of time spent tweaking but eventually we got it dialed in to the toughest to machine castings.
If you buy DEF from one of the Clear Blue dispenser at truck stops there is about a 50-50 chance I machined parts of the meter. 100% programmed by me.

I buy DEF from the local truck stop that has in-ground tanks and they dispense it the same as gas/diesel. Unfortunately this past cold snap the DEF was froze solid. The DEF hose is on a hose reel and it wouldn't even unroll to make it to the truck. The truckstop just switched from Marathon to Citgo, and they just installed all new pumps less than a month before. Even the diesel hoses were dang stiff.
Is that the system you machined parts for?

Petroleum, ag Chemicals, Food you name it. We make complete systems to mix chemicals especially for the custom ag business. I am very proud to have retired from Murray. It is a family owned business in the third Generation. When Tokiem folded Murray bought plans, tooling, patterns and hired some of the employees to help start producing the Piston Meter. A machine shop was added and I started in it's second year. www.murrayequipment.com/www.tcsmeters.com/
