Live in Scott, work in Clark. Late last week I saw two huge bucks on 160 locked up. One was dead or dying, and the other was dragging him through the field slowly. There was another buck dogging a doe hard just down the ridge from the other two. That was Wednesday or Thursday last week. I saw a loner out today off of 265 in between Jeff and Clarksville, cruising slowly. He was next to the wetland just to the north of 265 about a half mile from I-65. Big bodied deer, didn't get a good look at the rack, but definitely a buck.

Just got word that the one was dead, and somebody shot the other one and checked it in at the Feed Store & Archery. I'm going to see if there is a picture of it after work.

I think the wind has held them down. I didn't see but one doe on Saturday, and Sunday was worse. Would have liked to have been out right before this front moved through. I hope the wind lays down before Sunday, the main ridge I hunt tends to swirl in a good breeze.
