Experiences and recommendations needed.

Abbie HATES being the least bit cold. I'm thinking that a heated vest might be an answer. However, I don't want to get crazy buying some Milwaukee $$$$ vest/jacket.

I'm seeing TideWe and similar going for $50-$60. Are they worth that or crap out in no time?

Thinking it would be a good Christmas gift maybe.
