I have never deer hunted it. I do see quite a few as I am through there quite a bit. I have never seen the big one in there yet.

I like to hunt Crosley as it is fairly close to home. Good numbers of deer and turkeys. I always see something. Lots of areas to check out if someone happens to be where you were thinking of going.

I am just a 10 minute drive South of Crosley and go through there a couple times a week. I have never hunted in Crosley though.

Like most public lands, get there during bow season and its pretty good. God help you during gun season.

I have hunted crosley a couple of times,, like chico said during gun season you better have kevlar on or stay home.

Finally made it to Crosley last year. lol. Wasn't bad at all, hunted it during the first week and second weekend of the gun season. Seen 2 guys from the stand in 6 days of hunting! Not bad. Hunted an awesome bedding area, seen does daily and some small bucks( 100inch range). I did aviod the normal high traffic area's.
