Do Foster children qualify for landowner exemption on their foster parent's property?

The quick answer is yes they would qualify as long as you are the legal guardian of the child/children or you have documentation from the courts where you are the legal foster parent of the child/children.
The statute says in part IC 14-22-11-b(2) an owner of farmland located in Indiana who is a resident or nonresident of Indiana and the spouse and children living with the owner may hunt, fish, and trap without a license on the land that the owner owns.
