Picked up this trash can hauler from my neighbor that she was pitching. Actually got all the wood from her also. Her husband passed away last year about this time and she and her kids have been hauling stuff out to the trash every couple of weeks. Had made a wheelchair ramp for Tammy and a recliner riser from some of the wood I got from them. Anyway, I just told Abbie a couple weeks ago that I needed something to haul the cooler back to the truck when we have it full of water. Started on this before supper and just finished it after a break to eat. Cooler in the front and tackle box in the back. May even make some sort of rod holder for the front. Need to upgrade to a little bigger wheels.

PVC pipe with a slot cut out so the reel seat sits down into the pipe a bit so the rod/reel doesn't swivel will work just fine. Looks great! I agree on the bigger wheels.

Work smarter, not harder... đŸ˜‡
Some of the regular guys that fish the piers on Lake Michigan have some type of tackle hauler. We seen everything from a golf bag cart to a wagon.
We use a fold up, collapsible kids wagon and a 5gal bucket with PVC rod holders. Dip it in the water for weight, and wallah!

Get yourself some bigger offroad wheels. Got some 8" from Harbor Freight yesterday. Just need to get to Lowe's to get 3/8 to 1/2 wheel bushings to fit the current axle. We'll see how long that axle holds up to a cooler full of fish and water. May have to upgrade to 1/2" axle.

Wheels changed! Sure pushes easier! Turned out that I picked up 10" tires and glad I got the biggest solid ones they had.
