My buddy invited me on his annual Minong Wisconsin area fishing trip this year and I couldn't say no. We have been fishing, eating, drinking and sunning all week. Caught my first ever pike, including a nice 26 in (so far). Lots of bass and a bunch of bluegill. I'll post some pics when I'm home.

Are the dragonflies out yet? Some dragon flies and the may flies are everywhere. Had lunch in Hayward today and absolutely slayed the bass...I put 30 in the boat myself with 3 slab crappie for good measure. We were about mid 50s for the boat today. A good way to end the week. |
