Hey guys I have a quarter beef coming and have never purchased one before. The guy tells me I need to call and give them a cut up list. Check there site to see if there is a list of cuts to choose from. I know I want all my steaks,and pre pattied bugers and regular burger. Roasts in 2-3 pound range. Thought about asking for a couple pounds of suet to add to deer burger. What else am I missing??
