Sounds like a 5th degree felony to me. I hope they have other skills to put to use to make a living because they sure won't be doing that in any tournaments after this!

Cheaters gonna cheat. I bet they are fun guys to hang with...as the winning increases so do the cheaters. Remember the guys in IN that fished a Wednesday night bass tournament on Geist that got busted sinking a box full of fish to win a community tournament? Pathetic
I have never wanted to fish a tournament. No desire. I love to fish but on my own terms and conditions. No stress, no cheaters, no drama. We live in a world of rules why would I want to travel all over to show up at a certain time, fish for a specific amount of time for a specific type of fish?
Glad some guys like it. Just not for me

These guys just screwed up big time and worst of all how dumb can you get to throw away a job where folks and businesses pay you to fish.

Guys who get paid to play baseball, golf, drive cars, eat hotdogs, etc...all have 1 thing in common. Some of the winners cheated to get it. |

I don't believe they will prosecute because the two fisherman never collected the prize and they were never polygraphed. Metal detectors and or x-ray at all fish tournaments from now on. Then again there are other ways of adding weight such as injecting fish with fluids. |

Reminds me of cheaters in money golf tournaments. Usually you are known for life as a cheater and may get a beating. There is a code of conduct and it is understood not to ever be broken even when no one is watching.
