Slower than molasses in January at Goose Pond. Field full of hunters produced maybe 15 total. Not many shots from the other units either....better than work To much glare off bald heads would be my guess 😊 There were more spinners in the field than a 1999 car show. That covered most everyone glares |

We will bring our three anyway 😂 I think Shane and I were the only group without a decoy of some type. The guys with a full fake tree and fake powerline full of roosting birds got 0 shots. However they were right next to the parking area. I think that had to keep birds away from that end somewhat |

Hunt unit c. Stands 4 or 5. Only one guy in there from dnr officers. G is dry. It's a bad early season. Can't say anything good about today except I went 2 for 2 then sky busted the next two. duff didn't drop a feather for 6 shots Hunted numerous draw areas. Never hunted a place that's allows plus 1 or 2 that requires everyone to be at same stage. Usually each has a stake. 0 of 10. Would not recommend. |

We ended up with ten birds. My son took 7 and I believe out shot everyone in the field lol. It was very slow with a lot of hunters but we still had a great time.
