Well the wife says to me last week that something has been eating in the garden. I have not seen any rabbits in the garden this year, I think due to us putting down weed fabric on the whole garden. Well friday morn it showed its face, a young ground hog. It was a chip shot about 80 yrds to the corner of the barn for the Anschutz 1516 22 mag.   |

I will be setting out a bunch of 220 Conibears today. Neighbor saw one going down his row of sunflowers nipping off the top of each plant, and I have a few areas that show signs of them moving. Hopefully I can put a dent in the population. I rarely see them and if I do, they are running for a hole as fast as they can.
