41 degrees yesterday morning when I left to judge a retriever event...brrr. You all can keep that heat and humidity down there. It finally quit raining long enough for me to get my soybeans planted in the plots 3 weeks ago. Been raining ever since, cant even get in the plots with a atv to get them sprayed. All my training ponds are flooded, rutting all my training grounds up with the atv while training the dogs. ....maybe you could send a little of that heat north.

My youngest grandson and my new grand daughter in law are on their honeymoon in Cancun. Looks like that will get hit by a hurricane late Friday. They are scheduled to fly back home Saturday.
Praying hard for them.

We ended up with a little more than an inch. Way less than was forecasted at even 8:00 this morning.

We need the rain up here, that's for certain. Although, I am getting ready to start a large ramp project off my back porch this week, I'm still not going to complain about any rain delays. We need it!

One rain every other week through September is what I'm hoping for. No dry spell over three weeks. I never have seen a fall goldenrod flow. Goldenrod makes a peppermint flavor honey. I've smelled the peppermint one day last year and about 4 years ago. Not enough to process and bottle.
