Plenty in NE LaPorte county for the time being. Pushing 3.5" in last 2 weeks. Seed corn went from 8" to 3' plus in a couple days. We could hear it cracking and popping at night in the field when it was growing. Obviously thirsty! Send it down here. I didn't get an inch total.

We got a half inch overnight on Friday. Things are looking better in Jasper County but, a little more wouldn't hurt anything.

It just shows how local rain can get. I'm looking for a good fall nectar flow this year. 1st for me going back to 2018. I have not had to water my garden or yard to date. If it continues to get one good rain per week to end of August the fall flow will be on this year. This spring per the locals stated the nectar flow was best in a hundred years, best ever. I know it was for me. The chart shows much below average for my area. Just the opposite so far.

Worked from 12-9 parking cars at the Johnson county fair today and it was really hazy from the smoke all day long. Long day, but at least our two shifts are done for raising money for my daughters cheer team.

Rain now 3 days in a row. Looks like 1 in 8 years fall flow might happen. Heavy rain with some thunder.
