Hang in there! The radar is looking good. We have had a nice, steady rain for an hour so far. I had ambitions to work outside today, but not gonna lie, happy to be testing out our new couch inside resting up. 😀 |

We were in Evansville for lunch after church. It rained some there and on the way back to Newburgh. Turn on to my street and it looked dry as a bone in the desert.
My truck had what looked like a few sprinkles on it.
Disappointed..

While it was no gully washer, I did dump out just under a half inch of rain from my rain gauge. Grateful for each drop!

On my way home last night from work, saw several branches in the road and leaves all over the place. Must have been a pretty good shot of wind at some point, but we never got anything like that in SB. I didnt flip my rain gauge, but the wheel barrow caught a dang good amount.

3/4" at 6th road and Redwood Road in Plymouth.
Couple of trees tipped over by Knox. From what, I have no idea.
Looking at the extended forecast, no rain thru the 29th..... and I just put some seeds in the food plot. Figures.

My neighbors' and my lawn don't look so great, but the crops I've been past look great. Don't know how as we've not had 2" of rain in a month. We did have 2 short, light rains yesterday, but it wasn't even enough to show up in my rain gauge.
