Customer could advise their location, then the closest one of us could look outside and give the guaranteed "right now" forecast. Win win for all. Lol. And, as an upgrade to their subscription, we could offer a "Forecast opt-out" option. If they didn't like the forecast, they could click a button and we'd tell them whatever they wanted to hear. |

How many of you guys are cutting grass? I put urea on my front yard in December so I get an early green up. I’ve cut it twice so far.. I cut it two days ago, aerated it, put out pre emergence herbicide for weeds and crabgrass and grub killer. I wanted to get that done before this rain today. |

Our yard is so saturated and mushy, I barely made it back to the garage with the tractor. I couldnt mow even if the grass was ready. Fine with me.

I let two things decide when I first cut the grass. Either turkey season is over or when our dogs go out the hound disappears in the grass when she squats. I’ve got a good while still.

I will be taking my left side yard and killing all the grass. Plan to plant clover and dead purple nettle. If my wife likes it then following year doing the right side and hopefully all of it. Grass is an invasive plant.

I can hear the trains that run along the Ohio river in the house. That tells me the air is ripe (humid) and storms are coming. I'm sitting here listening to the trains working from home. No deer or turkeys so far.
