But we were deep frying!
The wife and I enjoyed one of our famous Sunday brunches which consisted of the following.
We had eggs in the basket and pierogies that were sauteed in butter along with portabella mushrooms and onions.
My wife also sauteed some morel mushrooms.
I in the mean time deep fried some bluegills and frog legs that were coated with Cajun batter.
Washed it all down with fresh coffee and OJ.

MORELS on top, eggs in the basket at 3:00 Pierogies at 7:00 bluegill and frog legs at 10:00

Looks delightful. Been forever since I’ve had some frog legs. Can’t go wrong with the bluegill.
