I don't have any idea the going rate for matched sets of booner sheds, but $20k sounds awfully high even being that they came from a future near-record typical. I think he'll be kicking himself for not jumping on the $20k while he had the chance, if that offer was ever really made. Better strike while the iron's hot instead of getting greedy if you're interested in selling
