Had some leftover casings and seasonings from doing my deer this year so I defrosted a pork butt and some pork steaks ground them up and stuffed them in a 21 MM instead of a 35 MM casing that’s about the size of a hot dog I should of took a photo but will tomorrow they are in the freezer in vacuum bags tomorrow I’ll seal them so they don’t squeeze out. Here’s my thinking I can cook them on the grill like a dog and use hotdog buns to load them up if it works out I’ll try it with deer next year

what does a betta fish look likeLooking back I should of used a leaner cut of pork But so far I’m happy with the end product got them all vacuumed and in the freezer. Really hoping they come out good it could be a good way to make up some deer next fall if I manage to take one I know the deer brats I made so far have been very good still have one more kind to cook. Like I said when I was doing brats I’m just trying to come up with different ways of doing deer and I had this leftover I’ve also found when deer doesn’t look like deer I get more people to at least try it when I cook

Treetop, do you see the "what does a beta fish look like" link in your post? Can you edit it to remove it? You must have something attaching spam to your posts now on whatever you are using to make the posts.
They look great! With deer, trying to find the correct amount of fat to add is hard. Too little and they are dry. Too much and they seem greasy.
