Your cooking thread got me going and after the Holidays are over my wife and I love to make our Sunday winter brunches so here was todays.
Pheasant breast coated in Cajun batter then fried in bacon fat, along with regular fried bacon and DUCK BACON that I bought from a Polish deli in Chicago. The duck bacon is lean and mild also expensive but HEY! you only live once.
My Wife made her warm
FOSTER with walnuts and this was heaped onto pancakes.
We also had scrambled eggs with some fresh OJ.
Then for good measure I made Orange Glazed sugar cookies for dessert.
