Ok, my first time cooking squirrel! You can look up the recipe on google; i wanted to try something different than just fried squirrel...and let me tell you, this recipe is gooooooood. Cooked the squirrel in a crock pot for 2 hours to get it falling off the bone; picked it, added the white wine, paprika, garlic, onion, tomato and greens, let it simmer for another hour and a half, and served it over rice. Seriously, its worth the extra effort! Joe Buckmaster

Sounds good. If you can crock pot the meat off the bone in 2 hours, you must be talking gray squirrels? Our fox squirrels up north need about 8 hours to be chewable. Lol
