We've had a Parker Thunderhawk since the fall of 2017. Last fall and again today I noticed it shooting about 8 inches high. I referred to what we did last fall to.fix the problem and noticed a major issue. The aluminum riser was drilled and tapped to small for the supplied bolts. Apparently its only been holding on by a few threads the entire time and is now totally stripped out. I'm going to take it to work and try redrilling and tapping it correctly tonight. My concern is the kids mostly use this and I'd rather have something safe for them. Are there any good deals or recommendations out there with out breaking the bank?

Do not know where you are located but there is a store in jeffersonville, IN It’s called Ben’s and they have a couple of shelves of assorted name brand crossbows at 40-50% off. I bought my Ravin R20 there for $800 if that tells you anything.
