I think that Kalifornia needs to make restitution and give every gun owner an AR of their choice.. Maybe even us Ex-Kalifornians?

The state needs to compensate all of those former AR owners who were forced to give up their "Modern Sporting Rifles", and commensurate with today's pricing.

They'll find a judge that leans their way I “think” It takes more than an opposing judge. It will have an appeal. Might end up at SCOTUS

They'll find a judge that leans their way I “think” It takes more than an opposing judge. It will have an appeal. Might end up at SCOTUS IIRC, from here it would go to a circuit court. In this case, it would be the 9th circuit. Most feel the 9th would overturn the ruling of unconstitutional, which would be appealed, and then end up on S.C.O.T.U.S. docket. If the 9th circuit upholds the ruling of unconstitutional, then it is settled precedent. This is the same judge who shot down California's unconstitutional "high-capacity" magazine ban. His ruling is well worded and well thought out. He uses the term(s) used in previous rulings, such as "...in common use..." when referring to the AR15, and decimates the "assault-weapons" terminology of the liberal left. It will be very hard I believe for the left to get another "assault weapons" ban enacted, on a state or federal level, but, nothing is impossible. I won't hold my breathe, but I'm incredibly hopeful as a result of this latest ruling. I think it bodes well for 2nd amendment supporters.

As I've said before can it just break off already and sink, so much nonsense gets started by all those quacks out there and someone around here thinks "well that doesn't sound like a bad idea now".

A few years ago I attended a gun show in Lodi, California which is in the Central Valley. I've been to lots of gun shows but never one like that one. Food trucks, live band, activities for the kids, many vendors, and few guns! Much of what was for sale were 80% jigs, Polymer 80 kits, tooling, parts, machinery, etc. I asked someone why so much emphasis on gun manufacture and the reply was that's how they expect to survive as gun owners.
