In Tippecanoe or surrounding county.
Must be all or mostly wooded Natural water (creek/pond...) would be a BIG plus Old, run-down house could be a plus, as long as it can be rebuilt.
Will accept unimproved property, if it's the right property. I can build to suit myself.
Property should be well away from any town/city where encroachment may occur in near future. This would be a cash sale
I'm looking for a new home. Can anyone help me out?

Best of luck with your search not sure about that area but around here that would be bought up so fast it would never get listed
You could try taking a drive looking for ground keep the address look it up on GIS or goggle earth if you like it you should be able to get the ownership of ground from tax records and make them a offer worst case they say no .
Believe it or not I have a friend that liked a home and land not much maybe 2 acres but he drove past it everyday on his way to work he walked up to the front door rang the doorbell when the lady answered he told her he really liked her home and was interested in buying it made her a offer right on the spot she sold it to him that day turns out her husband had passed and she had been thinking about it granted luck played a part but ya never know

Even if the county doesn't have that it will have a GIS of some sort. Just google *blank county* GIS and search there. Also it would be a good idea to reach out to a realtor, that can add at least another avenue to search through.
