I've seen plenty when I'm out on DNR properties but never hunted them. I'm thinking on giving it a go for Spring.
I've read the regs but need some clarity. Are there turkey age/sexes that you can't harvest? Beard vs no beard?
Help a brother out please.

Last time I checked, Indiana's spring season is for bearded turkeys. The beard can be any length, the bird just has to have one to be legal. So you can shoot jakes/hens with visible beards and long-beards of any age.

Also, don’t forget that a lot of the DNR properties have draws for turkey hunting.
This should also probably be moved to the turkey hunting section.
