Decided to fry up some turkey for lunch since the rain hit early. Zucchini done up in air fryer. Not a piece left.

It really was good. Egg milk and coated with Kentucky Kernel flour with a hot cast iron skillet. Put a little hot sauce on it. Lucky I got that pic of any left on the plate.

What brand air fryer you using.... we been looking but not sure what we want! Since there is only two of us - momma and I, we have a Ninja 4 quart. It is a basket style. We pretty well cook about everything in it. We very seldom turn on the stove or oven. It’s not big enough to cook a turkey, but it will bake a whole chicken.

Very rarely do we use the oven. Mainly use air fryer for everything. I b****** and moaned about getting one. We don’t need it. Never use it. We use that thing everyday. Really like it. Toasts, roasts, warms, rotisserie and bakes. Just don’t go thinking it will equal something like fried chicken or fried Fish. Cause you will be disappointed.

I need to research that, it might be just right for the wife and I. By the way, that's how I do my turkey breast. Cut into chicken finger size pieces, dust with flour, then egg/milk wash, then breadcrumbs and fry in oil. Wow!
