I have had my wicked ridge invader g3 for 4 or 5 years. I noticed after my morning hunt Sunday that my limbs are splitting. Called Tenpoint customer service today and they are going to repair it for free under warranty. Now that's some quality customer service! I knew I chose Tenpoint for a reason!

They repaired my tenpoint stealth that had a bad limb after the 5 year warranty was up. They replaced both limbs, new cables and string and shipped it back, no charge.

That's great news. I have a Horton Legend Ultra Lite from Tenpoint. Three years now. No problem yet, but good to know I made the right choice. I've taken two shots from it at deer and two for two. Both dropped within site of stand. Can't beat that performance from Tenpoint and muzzy broadheads.

I gotta ask, how many shots were taken with the crossbow before the limbs started to go?
Great customer service is nice, but I'd much rather have a bow that doesn't come apart and have to send it back, or one that I don't have to worry that it's going to blow up on me when I shoot it than to have a company with great customer service because it's needed.....

I have a stryker ls390 and its awesome but that is the one thing that scares me is their historically bad customer service. Their original models they came out with were rough but this one is holding up well so far

New 2021 crossbow is out called the "RS440 Havoc" 440 fps 7.5 Width and Length is 26.5". Looks wicked and pricey www.tenpointcrossbows.com/
