We have one, a two man stand, cannot recall the model but it has all of the features talked about in the 1st video. Bought it two seasons ago. Not really happy with it and I do not think I will buy another one. The more I think about the cable truss setup the more I worry about the cable corroding and failing while I am in it. I think the work around for that will be to make an extension for the short bar that tensions the cable and have that extension connect to the tree like all of the traditional ladders do. First sit in it this year, went to raise the seat and it squeaked through the entire movement from down to up so I had to put some silicone spray lube on the hinge hardware. I have never had any of my other ladders make noise when raising / lowering the seat. The other thing I do not like about it and failed to realize before I bought it is the platform that your feet are on is just too small to stand on with the seat down. Not saying you couldn't stand with the seat down but you'd better be agile. Not a big deal to raise the seat if you are alone in the stand but if 2 people are in it now both have to stand to raise the seat which obviously adds to the chance of being busted by the deer. I would also say that it is really a 1-1/2 man stand...you will be pretty snug with another adult sized person with you. Other than these points, it's a good stand.

Much appreciated.

I helped a buddy put one up... It was the most complicated and cumbersome stand I have ever put up. I think it's a good concept, but very poor execution in design.
