just seeing if anyone else has had problems with the breech plug seazing up on them and not being able to get them out. mine is pretty much brand new. i bought it in january and only shot it about 20 to 30 times i cleaned the entire gun spotless after every 5 to 8 shots through it and lubed the breech plug good when putting it back in and did not tork it down.
well anyway i had trouble a few days ago getting it out but ended up getting it out. i shot it again yesterday 6 times just to make sure it was still shooting good and i couldnt get the breech plug out to save my life. called gander mountain and the guy acted like he really didnt want to talk with me or help me out and he had the nerve to tell me the best thing to do was through it in the trash. then i remembered the warranty and that they would have to get me a new one. at first he must not of thought i bought it from them, but when i said they would be the ones buying me a new one it seemed like he changed his tone. then i realized that i wouldnt have a gun to hunt with cause i dont want to use my shotgun and that it would probably take them a couple weeks to get a new one in cause they didnt have any that was the same as mine in stock the other day. so i took it out to the shop and wrapped a big towl around it and stuck it in the vise lightly. took some elbow grease but finally got it out.
sorry about the long story but just seeing if anyone else has this problem and i just needed to vent over the guy at gander mountain
