Woody, I have that stock too. That's the way my Omega came but I like the synthetic better. When they came out in 2004 they only had the laminate thumbhole stocks. I purchased the synthetic stock last year.

I purchased the synthetic stock last year. My Omega came with a camo synthetic non-thumbhole stock. The next year they came out with the laminated thumbhole stock so I bought the thumbhole stock and replaced the synthetic. I sold the synthetic to Wabi (the guy that made the laminated grunt tube) over in Ohio and he now has that one his blued Omega. .

I have a SS Savage 10-MLII with the laminated stock and I think it is the best looking gun I own. Simply beautiful...

I like how you have an attack cat to guard your weapons Woody.

I just ordered a new one today and should have it next week.
Thompson Center Pro Hunter / SS/ with Hardwoods Camo Flextech Thumbhole stock.
I also have a set of SS Leupold Rings & Bases for my silver Leupold 3-9X40 Scope.
I'm looking forward to check out that speed breech...

Awesome Gary!! I've been eyeing those ProHunters. They look like they perform well. I won't get one, but I may get the stock for my current Encore. Good deal man. The deer just won't have a chance this season!!

I like it because it annoys both the Inline Fanatics and the Traditional Fanatics by having the best features of both.

It's engraved "Indiana Hunter".

Thompson Center "Firestorm". Stainless Steel, Polymer Stock, removable breechplug, deeply crowned muzzle, firesights, 1/48 twist. It likes Minnie Balls, PRB & REALS. Not so much the Sabots. Haven't found a reason to use Powerbelts or Maxis (which sound like fem. hygene products to me... ).
