Picked 19 tomatoes last two days and canning 4 Mason jars of homemade pizza sauce.

We froze 30 cups of sweet corn and canned 50# of green beans. My wife and I are whipped! She wants to try spagetti sauce and pizza sauce but can’t decide on a receipe. Let us know how it turns out.

We've put up 42 quarts of tomato juice amd 31 quarts of beans so far. Also drying out cayenne and super hot chili peppers. Planning on making some pepper jelly also. We also gave my grandma enough tomatoes that she canned 20 quarts of juice. Probably have about 1 bushel of tomatoes ready to be picked.

Must of been the wknd for it ! 6 qrts of tomato's, 30 qrts of corn and 10 gals of bean's. Still have more to pic

I can't find lids anywhere local. Got some off the internet finally. I cook my tomatoes down outside until they are thick, then strain to remove skins and seeds, then pressure can. I add basil and salt when they're cooked and strained. Use a lot fewer lids this way.
