While doing my annual July venison stock check in the freezer I discovered that I only have 3 pounds of burger left. I harvested a buck and a doe last fall which is usually enough to get us through the year.
The only thing I can think of is that we were eating a lot more burger during the shutdown. With me and the wife both home from work for a while we were definitely eating more and preparing real meals more frequently.
Anyone else notice the same thing?

Yeah. We have been eating more at home, but I don't think that's a bad thing. I've actually lost some weight as a result.

Nope, I don't eat out hardly at all, so the freezer is actually a bit fuller than normal because I'm buying some meat when I see a good deal. Like 25# of pork chops for $25.....

When I was wfh I was the same; eat better and lost 25 lbs.

I've eaten terrible the last 3 months; updating the old farmhouse we bought and prepping our other house for sale. It's been mostly lunchmeat, granola bars, and fast food.
Planning on trying to eat better and get in a less round shape before hunting season..
