Nice. Welcome to the camping club. We went from tent, to pop up, to travel trailer, and then to bigger travel trailer. Post some pics when you get it home.

Welcome aboard.
I have been sleeping "outside" for as long as my memories allow me to recall. I grew up in tents, spent a lot of my teenage years under tarp lean-to, on to better tents, popup camper, old military canvas tents as a scout leader, light weight backpack enclosed hammocks, popup camper, and now a 21 foot hybrid camper. Honestly, it doesn't matter what you sleep in, just get out and enjoy this wonderful world and help make as memories as possible for your kids. In my case, it's now my girl friend's city dwelling nieces that flat wear us out about when we are going.
This weekend, we are going this weekend.
Enjoy your camper, enjoy your company, and enjoy the outdoors.

The R-pods are nice. You will enjoy it. If you find yourself in the S.E corner of the state check out Clifty Falls State Park or Versailles State Park. Versailles is probably our favorite place to camp. McCormick State Park was nice too. Post some pictures when you get it home.

Since I own a truck with towing package now it's time to get a camper. Tenting does not work anymore with my wife and at 58 (59 next month) my bones don't prefer it either. Maybe in a few months to end of year I can persuaded her that we need a camper.

greetings mmm What would you call what we call a caravan. is that a camper? Regards Billy. What you call caravans is more than one type isn't it Billy. I stayed in 2 different styles that were both called caravans. One was a small house trailer and the other was a pull behind camper. They were both called caravans.
