Couldn't damper our fishing fun.
Tuesday May 12th was the first official day for Ohio charters and our group was the Eagle Eye's first charter for this season.
We picked up right where we left off by catching 79 walleye in 2 days of fishing approx. 4 hours each day. Our accumulated weight was 177 pounds.
We trolled bandits at 2.2 mph at distances of 55 feet and 65 feet back between Mouse Island and Put-n-Bay Island. We averaged approx. 10 fish per hour with no throwbacks. At times we had 3 and even 4 fish on at one time.
We had our fish cleaned for us and we enjoyed as I jokingly said "THE SERMON ON THE MOUNT" a fish dinner by that I mean we all ate far more than we should have and we had enough to take some home to our wives.
Bob had to change lodging accommodations and now we were staying at a home on the south edge of the city limits and it is nice.
This was a great trip and even social distancing and face masks couldn't dampen our fun.
NOTICE: BOB HAD A GROUP CANCEL SO HE HAS A 2 DAY TRIP AVAILABLE ON JUNE 23RD AND 24TH WITH LODGING IF YOU WANT.
Contact either me or Schall53 for details.

I forgot to add that SCHALL53'S cousin fished with Bob today and had the very same results.

Nice haul brother, what depth? Around here it's 13-15ft. For the most part the area of the lake we fish ranges from 25 to 35 feet of water with very little structure. The fish move in massive schools, It is exciting when you watch the big screen locator.
