Ok I will admit that we normally only take the breast meat out of our wild turkeys and pitch the rest. This year my son kept the legs and thighs and wants to cook them up. Anyone have a good receipe?

Grind them up and make turkey jerky. I froze them and waited until I got several and then ground them all at once to make a batch...good stuff!!

Pressure cook them then make turkey gumbo .
