Deviled eggs will never be the same. Added some bacon bits and diced jalapeño to them. Man are they good! Dang those look great. I got some smoked paprika for the neighbor, she makes killer deviled eggs.

Or are you adding the jalapeno and bacon and telling everyone about this new awesome food? Every once in a while someone will post something to totally blow my mind and right now the idea of smoked develed eggs are trying to make my head spin!

I did not smoke them, but I may try that next time. These were just conventional deviled eggs with those toppings. Doing them on the pellet grill will be next.

I’ve not done deviled eggs but have smoked eggs for potato salad I’ve found very low heat with a short high smoke works best they tend to get rubbery if smoked to long

Never tried a full pork tenderloin before, so figured what the heck. I also braided this one, a different season on each braid, and I wrapped the middle one in bacon. Just got finished resting, cut it up, and man is it juicy and delicious. Here’s a couple before pics: And one after it’s finished:

I had it set at 350. Not sure exactly about time as I was out sealing the barn floor while it was cooking. Around 2.5 hours I’d say. Thought it’d take a lot longer. Just make sure it’s at least 145 and you’re good to go. Braids weren’t all the exact same size so temp was different in each one. When they all read at lest 145 I pulled it off and let it rest another 20 minutes or so. Juices just poured out as I was cutting and it soaked that back up through the bottom of the meat and that part was amazingly good.

Definately looks cool and would be an awesome showpiece when cooking for others. Good job!

I've been feeling so good and on cloud nine and keeping so busy lately, that I havent done much smoking/grilling, sharing in awhile. Making mostly loose burger, bacon, and eggs in a cast iron skillet.
I joined the local gym and have been in catch up mode. My wife likes the results so much already, now she's going.
Big Luke got all interested and begging to go. So he has made a few appearances with me. He loves it. I cant believe how strong he is. NOT having him lift heavy weights, and using mostly machines until he gets some balance and stability. But seeing where he starts out to set the weight is surprising.
My dad was an amateur bodybuilder when younger, and I've lifted off and on for years with great interest. But this is first time I got the diet dialed in so seeing some quick results at my age is a great feeling.

Yes, going in right direction for sure. Hated to see my weight going back up. But had read many times NOT to go by the scale, go by the mirror and tape measure, or belt size. Well, I sure cant complain about any of those. Definately putting on some muscle!
