I understand that the bill to allow hunters aged 62 and over the choice of using a crossbow in the Illinois archery season has been passed by both the Illinois house and senate.
All it needs now is the Governor's signature to become law.
That means I don't have to apply every three years for my "permanent disability crossbow permit".
Now, If I can just scrape up $500 for an NR archery tag...
