Well guys, I hunted Nebraska a couple of weeks ago. I killed my first turkeys with my crossbow. The first one I shot at 12 yards, and the second at 28 yards. In both cases the 100 grain Muzzy broadhead did its job. I hunted during the transitional week from archery to shotgun, so I took my shotgun as well and killed a nice bird with it as well.
I will say that bow hunting turkeys is a lot more challenging and a whole lot more rewarding when you kill one. Next year, I don't think I will be taking my shotgun.
Have a good turkey season here in Indiana.

Wonder why it's just deer hunters that make a big deal out of the other guys weapon?

Wonder why it's just deer hunters that make a big deal out of the other guys weapon? Larger percentage of self centered a-holes perhaps? ;D
