What do you have to do to get a permit to use a crossbow? Went through a building program a few years back. Hung about 5 zillion sheets of drywall, shoulders never the same since! Thanks parson

Thanks parson I can send you two forms. One for you to fill out and one that you can take to your doctor. He will fill out the form basically stating that you can not pull back a hunting weight bow. You send them both in to the DNR and they will look them over. If you qualify they will send you a permit. Indiana does allow for "temporary" and "permanent" permits. Let me know if you want the forms and I will email them to you.

Thanks, Woody, I'd like to have those forms. I can still shoot my bow if I have enough time to loosen up and draw from just the right position, but hunting rarely affords you such privilege. parson
