Why do some arrows for crossbows have a right helical and some a left helical.Whats the difference and which is best?

Why do some arrows for crossbows have a right helical and some a left helical.Whats the difference and which is best? If you are talking feathers there are right and left wings but that doesn't make any difference at all. .

The helical is the direction of the twist the vanes have around the shaft,I dont think it has anything to do which turkey wing they come from
